PLACING AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
For Domestic US orders we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Meta Pay. For International orders, please refer to the payment offering at Checkout.
In order for us to accept payment, your billing and credit card addresses must match.
OMME WLVS is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors. Immediately upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order amount.
Can I have my order sent to a shipping facility?
Yes! We are not responsible for any damage, lost or missing items once the package has been received at their facility.
Why couldn't I place an order?
Due to the exclusive nature of the product and high demand, certain items may sell out quickly. If a product is still available on-site, please contact customer service to assist with an order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! OMME WLVS offers free shipping to orders over $200 USD
POST-ORDER
How can I track my order?
Your order tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order once your order has been shipped.
If you have created an account, you can log in here and review your Order History and check your order status.
What is your processing order time?
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when the order is fulfilled. Items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to fulfill.
How do I modify an order?
We are unable to modify products or sizes after an order is placed.
How do I update my shipping address or shipping method?
To modify your shipping address or shipping method, we request that you contact Customer Service shop@ommewlvs.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we recommend contacting the designated shipping carrier for any updates or inquiries regarding your shipment once tracking is received.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 HRS after the order is placed. Please contact customer service with your name, email, and order number. In order to request a cancellation, we respectfully ask that you contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours.
