Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We can not change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Holiday Shipping Information
For delivery by December 23 within the continental United States, select 2-day shipping at checkout by December 15. OMME WLVS is not responsible for any carrier-related delays.
Amending Shipping Address
We can not change the shipping address or the shipping method after checkout. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our facility.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
OMME WLVS offers FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $200 USD. For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.
International Shipping
International shipping rates may vary. During checkout, we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender / Abandoned Packages
If your package can not be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (OMME WLVS) at the customer’s expense.
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local shipping center for pick-up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (OMME WLVS) at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to OMME WLVS at your expense. The expense includes shipping cost and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged / Opened Box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please document and take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at help@ommewlvs.com
RETURNS
Standard Return Policy
For items purchased at ommewlvs.com, all returns must be submitted within 15 days from when your order is shipped.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in it’s original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the return back to OMME WLVS.
Please make sure you are following the size guide as exchanges are limited to product availability.
All sale items and discounted items, including items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not issue cash refunds for returns.
Instead, we offer store credit for eligible items within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
Due to limited quantities, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
We reserve the right to deny or refuse a return at any time.
The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We do not accept returns or any OMME WLVS products purchased outside of ommewlvs.com. Please contact your original point of purchase.
Return instructions - Domestic U.S. Orders
All domestic orders placed on ommewlvs.com are eligible for return within 15 days from the date your order is shipped.
Domestic returns can be submitted by emailing help@ommewlvs.com
You will receive an email once your item is received back at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed. If you prefer to ship back your item using a different shipping method please contact help@ommewlvs.com for return instructions.
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning.
OMME WLVS is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.
Refunds
You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund. Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement. This is solely dependant on the day and time your refund transaction is processed.
We do not offer credit notes or gift cards, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
